Harris/Fairfax Wedding 2010

This couple had a nice simple wedding. His grandfather is a minister and he performed the ceremony at the church he presides over. It was very special day for them with many special touches. This was a very intimate wedding because of all the little things they included to make it extra memorable.

His grandfather does a portion of the ceremony where they pour sand into a vase to represent the mixing of their lives. It made for a nice picture to represent their unity as a married couple. Then when they left the church everyone blew bubbles. It was very cute.

They went to the church his grandfather did his first services as a minister to take pictures. The church is now on the campus of a college that her mother used to teach at. I thought it was a nice touch to add sentimental locations to their wedding photos.

They are both HUGE Cardinals fans so they set up a concession stand with popcorn in baseball hats, cracker jacks and sugar cookies decorated like baseballs. It was a nice personal touch. Plus the kids loved it. I also liked the groom's cake. He likes to fish so it's a man in a boat on a lake. I enjoy when the couple adds little things from their relationship. I enjoy getting to know the couple throughout the process of being the photographer and I always enjoy seeing them share little things and moments with others on their special day. The Wedding day is unforgettable and special but it is nice when a couple makes it truly their own! They had a beautiful wedding day and a beautiful start to life together!

Noegger/Redd Wedding 2010

This is Amber and Kevin they got married in AUGUST at a winery in Illinois. It was a very beautiful wedding! I love outdoor weddings! But in August they pose a bit of a challenge since it's so hot. The bride did get sick during pictures and had to leave for a while. We managed to finish the pictures in record time after the ceremony.

This wedding party was very fun with posing so I got some great shots. It turned out to be fine after all! I hope you enjoy these as much as I did taking them!

I thought it was really cute that she and the bridesmaids walked down barefooted. Plus I thought it was romantic that he carried her back up the isle!!

Standley Family

This family has a 9mo old son and these are the first family pictures they had done since he was born. We went to a local park to do pictures. It was a very pretty spot with the pond and bridge. The down side was that it was a very hot July day, but he did really well. He is a really cute little boy. And their pictures turned out well.

Noegger- Redd Engagemant

This couple I took engagement pictures for at Forest Park. We went to the Jewel Box and the World's Fair Pavilion. They are getting married at a Winery in Waterloo, IL on Aug 28. They are a very cute couple and did very well with these pictures since it was such a hot July day.

Breed Family Pictures

I took pictures of this family at Forest Park by the Muny Theater. We had lots of fun. The little boy was very cooperative and well behaved. He is 2yrs old and they had not done family pictures in a long time. We tried to make it fun for him by having toys for him to play with and pose with. They looked very nice together and their pictures turned out great!
